How long does installation take?
A 10-days deployment process across mechanical, IT and go-live teams.
What maintenance does it require?
Daily maintenance is limited to basic cleaning and routine operational checks. For more complex issues, our 24/7 support team can remotely supervise and assist your staff. The service contract also includes an annual on-site visit for scheduled preventive maintenance.
Does it integrate with our existing systems?
Already using BOSS by Light & Wonder? We’re integrated. Using something else? We’re happy to adapt to your integration needs.
