Business Development Representative

Turin, Italy

Makr Shakr is looking for a Business Development Representative with a strong affinity for new technologies and curiosity to learn about innovations in Food & Beverage automation technologies. You will be working on various initiatives within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team and mentored by experienced professionals.

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Be the first contact for Makr Shakr prospects, you identify their needs and create interest in our solutions.
  • Create the best conditions to offer a qualitative discussion with prospects maximizing contracts signature.
  • Manage inbound requests and convert them into leads or proactively generate new business leads.
  • Drive the company growth achieving increases in profits and turnovers.



  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
  • 1-2 years' experience in the sale of B2B and/or B2B products/services is a plus.
  • You like challenges: results-oriented, you're always looking to give your best as part of a team.
  • You're a people person: you're strong in relationship creation, exchanging ideas and acting as a partner are essential to you in building a relationship.
  • Rigorous, responsible, autonomous, and creative in planning and carrying out your sales actions.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients.
